@ladygram - Heart problems, is High Blood is part of Heart Problems? if yes then my father and I has High blood... I always use a nice pair of rubber shoes but still sometimes it hurts... hope this is not very serious... thank you very much...
it hope it's not serious also. but have it checked... when it starts to get painful, it means the blood supply going to that area is not sufficient. if there is a fatty deposit clogging the blood vessel, massaging it would be a bad idea because it would dislodge the "something" that's blocking it and it might go somewhere else. But then again it might not be the case, it might just be muscle strain and stuff. So, u know what to do to make sure, right?
@ladygram: Thank you very much for the information, actually i'm getting information regarding about "intermittent claudication". but it seems to young for me to have this, this problem is usually occur in later 50's.
Again, thanks i think i will go to see a doctor this weekend.![]()

you should visit a doctor. normally, pain the calf occurs after long periods of walking or standing. if this is a simple case of venous pooling, it should be relieved by rest and elevating the legs. if not, then there may be an underlying problem.possible pud na naa ka problem with your calcium levels sa body nimu.Originally Posted by puffyslick
i don't think it is gouty arthritis kay sa muscle man kaha ang pain. and pre, before you even think of taking arthro, consult a doctor first kay daghan klase sa arthritis and if you are complaining of muscle pain, then arthro is not for you.
elevate your legs when at rest
