For Example. Jun Dela Cruz nya sa BirthCertificate kay Jun Delacruz.

2.) Ok ra kaha? Mao nalang pud gidala sa ako Wife ug Baby.

naka try nako ani bro before ko mi grad sa college..nagbali akong last name ug middle name nya 2 weeks nalang ang deadline for submission sa graduation requirements..akong mama ray nag process ato..mi,adto syag city registrar and iyang gpa usab through certain process..nahurot gud akong pang palit unta ug class ring kay g rush man to namu as in dugay pa jud kaayo makuha ang authenticated birth mga 8 months pa maski gpa under the table namu..may gani gpa apil kos graduation ceremony kay nag submit man kog waiver through power of attorney kay dili mo honor ang school if dili authenticated ang birth n failure to comply the said requirements means di ka ka enter sa grad ceremony ahehehe.

adto LCR for the correction.. ask lang didto, giingnan mn ko atong lalake ddto nga pwede ra sd naai correction pero another bayad na sad.. dont know how much, wala nalang sd ko ni ask.. hehehe

then ipa electronic endorsement (kung gusto kag dali), pwede mn cgro na ma apply sad if naai correction (i'm not sure).. just ask LCR if possible bah para sure..it takes 15 working days, 250php...

same tag situation brad ang akong middle name moy prob di unta ko ka grad pd... but 4 months ra man to ang akong pag process bai...
