Cellphone Experts: Touch Screen Not working

Hi I have a Cherry Mobile Candy Chat phone. Ang problema ani is mo gana ang touch screen after restart nako sa cellphone but kadugayan dina mo function. I have to restart the phone para mogana. I reset the phone to factory settings same gihapon ang result. All other parts mo work man ang touchscreen ray simangon. Tabang mga bros or sis. Salamat kaayo

if naa pa nay service warranty e pa check nalang na..

lagi.. ako jud ni epacheck..gusto lang ko makibaw na fixable bani siya without going to the shop.. layo2x man gud amoa.
