to resolve the grounding, use UPS. papaliti lang na ug UPS sa imong amigo bro, na-a namay daghang barato ron nga UPS. try Giant brand.

i have a problem with my display of my pc...i have a ino3d external card.. but the display looks like some is grounded bec it has some small lines that blinks. I remove the external and used the built-in card. same thing happend. why is that so ?

try checking the monitor cable. there might be wrong with the wire.

try to test ur monitor with another unit then vice versa with ur cpu
