  HOW TO USE ULTRASURF?
  
  1.) Set your ZTE/Huawie Broadband connection settings.
  
  • APN:smart1 or internet
  • Dial Number:*99#
  2.)Connect ZTE/Huawie Broadband using the Configured Connection.
  3.)Download and Open Ultrasurf 10.15 (u1015.exe) and Go to Options>Proxy settings and Select Manual Proxy setting and field the fields.
  
  • Proxy Host: 10.102.61.46
  • Proxy Port:8080
  Then OK>OK and wait until it says "Successfully connected to the server"
  4.)Go to your Browser.
  For Mozilla Firefox
  Click File>Options>Network>Settings and Select Manual Proxy Configuration and field the fields.
• HTTP Proxy: 127.0.0.1
• Port:9666Then CHECK "Use this proxy server to all protocols" and Click OK to save.
  For Google Chrome
  Click on the Wrench>Settins>UnderHood>Network(Click "Change proxy Settings")>(Click Settings)>(Check "Use a proxy server for this connection") and Field the Fields
• Address:127.0.0.1
• Port:9666Then Check "Bypass proxy server for local addresses") and Click OK to save.
  5.)Try to Browse.
