License to Kill: Women have the right to harm/kill husbands -- SC

I have read yesterday that SC has granted women to harm or even kill abusive husbands:

However, they have set three circumstances:

a must be present: evidence of at least two incidents of physical abuse inflicted by the husband;

b the attack must have caused the woman to fear for her life and make her believe that she needed to use force to save her life;

c the husband must have posed probable—not necessarily immediate and actual—grave harm to the woman.

Especially in letter c, take note that the women have the right bisag PROBABLE palang -- meaning, naghuna huna ra cya na basin naay buhaton iyang bana niya. She has the right bisag walay ACTUAL HARM na gibuhat iyang bana.

Nobody especially in the mainstream media made a fuss about it. If the law turned out to be in favor of the husband, I would expect Gabriela, ug mga advocates sa "gender equality" na magrally. Of course, there is "Gender equality" as long as it favors women and LGBT but not mens rights.

This law was made from the premise that MEN ARE VIOLENT and WOMEN ARE always VICTIMS AND INNOCENT (are they??).

Just wondering: what can we do about abusive wives? Could victim husbands use the same law to abusive wives?? How do you think the SC would decide?

Not just probable cause. All three conditions must be satisfied - including Condition A, if I'm not mistaken (e.g, There must have been evidence for at least two prior incidents of physical abuse.) Eitherway, we don't know what to think of this new ruling... tsk tsk tsk... we're playing with fire.

sucks to be a husband now...................HOWEVER, if you married because you loved the person, why would you/we be worried about this?

well, love doesnt hold true at all times. things don't always work the way we are thinking them to be.

ive met "loving couples" who ended up hating each other, hurting each other and ending the love in a messy annulment or even murder.

this law i believe can be manipulated to further another's end. And Law is supposed to be fair.

to make it fair, i think this should be applicable to all -- not only women.

This is just one of the "laws" basically saying all men are criminals now. Things like these ruin families in the West because of these new family court rules. There's been a large surge of feminists lawmakers there coming up with laws empowering women and destroying men esp. fathers. I think it was last year a man named Thomas James Ball committed suicide by setting himself on fire infront the supreme court house after he lost his family just because he hit his daughter once and argued with his wife.

Those ABC's resemble murderous guidelines for any desperate woman who wants to off her husband. Sick times we live.
