Grabe ka kawatan og perting tikasana anang makapal na mukha na Macapagal.Ngano palaya-on man ang osa ka kawatan? Asa ang hustisya ani ron? This is such a very bad news to all of us except sa mga tawng nilaban ni Madam Makapal! Dako kaayo ning Binuang!!! Tsk...

that the court of law will search for evidence not hearsay. one by one the witnesses were found to be unreliable because their testimony were based on "i heard her say that..., i heard so and so that she ordered this and that to cheat..." statements like these will never stand in the court of law therefore case against arroyo is weak.

Escape out of the country? Are you even objective?

There are two reasons, either she was escaping or seeking medical attention. Now regardless of intention:

I ask you, why was everything done so hastily when they heard GMA was leaving the country, when there was nothing ongoing in the court against her except but cheap attacks? And why is the palace so quick about it?

You think this is about GMA? how about this, if anybody, even you, a normal citizen, who has a case, who's hearing is still far away and who's evidence is so weak, gets you jailed because the higher people tells so, how would you feel about it?

Every time you support somebody getting jailed in an instant, democracy digs itself in the grave. I support CGMA getting jailed if there's any good evidence and trial to prosecute her, but her hasty imprisonment? It makes you question what kind of thing the government can do even to little people like you.

Aaand I rest my case. I do not argue with people who throw childish profanity, trying hard with special characters. I'm not even a fan of your defective yellow team as well as the GMA team. Throw off your yellow-tinted glasses, pretty please.

lets not be carried away with our emotions. lets respect the court's decision. IMO the Comelec has not proved GMA's involvement on the said case. so the burden of proof lies on the prosecution.

its too early to judge wether she is guilty or not but in due time hope we'll see the truth and obtain real justice.
