IMO, the constructions are because interests are so low right now that there are lots of excess funds running around. Besides rents are at a all time high. And you don't want to put a lot of money into UITF, no guarantees.

Stocks are surging because of foreign funds coming into the Philippines. Local funds can't sustain these kind of gains. Once the foreign funds leaves, so will the gains in the PSE. Still, nothing is cetain, this surge could still go on..

Stock trading is similiar to gambling in the casino, except you can minimize your lose in a single hand. In casinos, its either win or lose all..

Stocks to buy would be URC.. I bought at 17, now its 19.25 :mrgreen: Still, its one I would recomend.. Maybe Jollibee, you can never go wrong with that, even if it isn't going up as fast as I expected but at least I'm not losing..

Tsupit ni GEO 1.68 ... i read from other forum , anak siya sa osa ka head sa GEO.. they expect na mo saka abot 2.00 ++ or 3.00++ im not sure if its true.. its up to you nalang... to research.. someone also told me if the market is up trend, you just follow the company that has a record of up trend meaning yung mga companya na permi saka, amo na paliton niyo pag ang stock market sa pilipinas pa up up and away.. thanks for reading my

Today URC closed at 20. If you would believe, APEX mining coz they found glod in their mines daw. When it was recommended to me, it was still 4.80 now its 5.90.

Thats ok kolin, you cannot win them all.. just learn from experience.... hinay hinay lang bai. ako EEI corp. i bought from 4.55 and now 4.65 hope today will go up to 5.00 hehehe then i will sell it.. tapos find another good earning company..

yehey! umabot ang eei corp ng 5.20 then balik sa 5.00 na sell ko gihapon... now i bought GEO naman @ 1.68 i hope tommorrow maka up pud kahit .10 centavos lang.


Meanwhile Asos! GEO 1.50 nalang today lugi ka aagad ng .18 centavos --- > thats life.. mag hulat lang ko for GEO maka saka... Now you witness HIGH RISK----> HIGH VALUE. I'll keep you posted about my GEO kung maka gain ko or ma lost ko ..
