some libak are actually baseless, but there are some that are actually half-truth (or tinuod jud)..

learn to listen what are the things they say about you, evaluate it whether its true or not and why do those people care to bother and say anything about you.

make those libak as a source for you to improve...be open-minded. And if those are pointless and baseless accusations, then, you know yourself better. Ayaw patol sa dili nimo ka.level basin suya lang na...hehehe

I have officemates na kusog manlibak. I even have one teammate na grabe mukalat ug libak ug tawo and her style is ikalat niya ang libak sa mga tao na wala pa nakaila sa gilibak. Tendency is that katu siya murag gabaklay na naay hugaw sa nawung. Luoy kaayo.... Hinawayun raba and it seemed like daghan bakak manggawas sailang baba.

My only solution? I just ignore them. Maybe I could eat lunch with them but I don't get too close with them. And I don't say too much things to them cuz if I do, that might become a source of any rumor they can spread.

That teammate I have in the office na libakera and hinawayun and himantayun really became one heck of a challenge for me cuz I gotta be careful with everything. Right now I'm contented being tagged as the "person of a few words" in our team.... My motto in the office, IF YOU CAN'T SAY ANYTHING NICE, JUST SAY NOTHING AT ALL.
