    pwede rraman na boss. hahaha. di ko mo suggest og high rep warm ups.

    start with bar x 5, 130x3, 180x2, 250x1, then worksets. hahaha also post video to get maximal gains and feedback.

    dapat pud full squat imong buhaton, which means hip joint below knee joint or more so that the proper muscles and ligaments will be fully developed.

    yep full squat ko since then..."ass to grass" jud!!! which I can proudly say only a few does these days when you go around gyms... kung ok lang nimo sir pwede ko ka kuyog in one of you workout sessions?

    Plyometrics:
    1 leg speed hops, knee to chest tuck jumps, high depth jump (+/- 37in)

    Strength:
    Deadlift - 270 3x5

    Iso miometric squat - 205 3x5

    Press - 133 5x3

    Curls

    ako tig ass on grass na sad for 2 months na and mas nindot jud result. Salmat ninyong duha. lol


    Last night na koy nakita sa gym, dako kaau na laki nya murag 1/16th and ROM sa squat.. ambot.. basin idol si branch warren, pero bisan si Branch Warren mag full squat man gani, sa bench ra ug uban mag partials.. !
