you have to cry till you'll get tired of it... it sucks! yah! you can't take it from you right away....

there's no definite solutions... nobody can help you except YOU! ...

maybe some of these points can help you in a while...
    - keep yourself busy
    - do things you never did before, like trying a new hobby perhaps...
    - meet new friends
-if you have the resources, go for a vacation or a real nice trip
-keep in touch with old friends, seek advice... chat or have a good time
-never go to bed if you're NOT really sleepy
-most importantly, dont forget to PRAY... for me that's the most effective way! it worked on me... i'm sure it will work on you too..

CHEER UP! life is so beautiful...
    God bless...

everything is a matter of choice.... choose to live your life to the fullest.
This girl may have brought great memories in your life, may be the sweetest thing that happened to you (before), may be the best kisser, the best *** partner but you broke up for a reason... You may not know the reason now but you will - sooner or later...
Go on, give yourself ample time so that whenever she might see you -- she should see you overhaul yourself from the intense pain that you are exeriencing right now -- be a stronger person.... If she doesn't come back, then, there is somebody better for you... Remember that when God closes a door, he opens the windows.... It's but high time for you to enjoy your single life that you've missed for a while... Chill out!

All of you are right.. A lot of wonderful things happend to us before, that i have never experienced with someone else, we did a lot of things and enjoyed it very much. Then one day i will never get to do it again with her.. I did what you guys told me, i went out with my friends, spend time with the family more, met new people and practically did what i havent done before. Its a whole new world for me now, I look at things in a different way at this point. I'm starting to enjoy life.. I understand that there are a lot of people out there who are in worse situation than me (street children, war, etc.) and has no love at all. Who am i to complain about all these things? Everything happens for a reason and thats what i'm going to find out.
