i've stated the reasons in my earlier post..and besides, there were laws written about not healing during sabbath, or washing hands before eating of which Jesus was mainly questioned for it..does it follw that Jesus was not following the Jewish scripture?
'cause the laws in OT were given solely to have a distinction between pagan worship and true worship in Jewish people.
in OT if wala kau tuli you are considered as not part of God's covenant..but when Jesus came as the final covenant..that somehow challenged the partial laws given in OT..high priest would often think that Jesus was disobeying it when He was actually the fulfillment of those laws..summarizing all the commandments to two..and about the great commision. if we would take the OT laws in black and grey there are tons of laws that are not applicable today..one of hem is to not shave, and the nazirite vow of not cutting your hair...but if one is convicted to take those vow, then by God's grace He should.
