Granting that the call center is selling fake ******s..the call center itself is not the one doing the fraudulent act. It could be the client of the center, and as experienced BPO's operate according to client requirements. and the call center agents can be held for questioning but should not be in prisoned. Unsa may labot sa agents kunoThey are just doing what they are asked to do, which I believe they have no clue whether the drugs are real or not. Management though has the obligation to respond to the charges.
For me, naay sayop ang CIDG on how they handled the raid. Too early to tell, but I think this case is not going anywhere. Phzer and CIDG is looking at the wrong tree.
