have you met and did a consultation with Dr. Zubiri since your last post? I am one of his patients but not for breast augmentation. I had my moles (3x) removed before i went abroad coz it growing and changing colors. Cancer is a strong inclination in our family. All my moles are located in the face and this was also part of my insecurities since i was a teenager. Now its been more than a decade now and the cut is never obvious. He did a very gud job. I believe all things have its pros and cons...especially surgical procedure. However, it will be up to the patient to take the risks after being explained of all its consequences. on the brighter side, if you know much of the doctor who performs and his capacity to do work maybe just maybe this can be a factor that lessens risks.
