assemble it not inside the case, bay. bale iassemble sa lamesa dayon ipatong sa karton ang PSU ug motherboard. connect japun ang memory, processor, ug monitor pero ayaw iconnect ang HDD ug DVD. then ion ang mobo by shorting the power on pins(kanang iconnect sa case para maconnect sa power button. make sure sakto nga 2 pins imo ishort ha. kanang para power on). ishort lang kadali. if muboot jud siya, either sa case power button imo problema or ang casing jud kay nagshort sa imong mobo. kung wa japun siya and naay speaker imo mobo, iboot without the memory kung magbeep ba siya. if all else fails, basin ang PSU ang guba or ang mobo jud.

para icheck ang PSU, pagandam ug voltage meter/multitester then naa kay pins ishort sa PSU para ion siya. igoogle lang ni para makitan jud nimo sa mga pics unsa nga pins and ishort. then icheck ang voltage values. dapat 12v, 5v, ug 3.3v ang mga values. 5% offset give or take.

basin sad bro, nasayop ang pins imo naconnect sa case. hehe. basin naconnect nimo ang power on pins sa HDD LED, PWR ON LED, or sa Reboot pins mao di jud siya muon.

UPDATE: ako gi-assemble this morning ang unit outside the case pero wala jud... bisan nlang unta ni-andar ang psu kay maka-justify nko nga mobo ang guba... but it's still the same..

guba na imo MB. bisan pag ok tanan pins physically. wa lng jud nimo gi test kung mu on. tsk tsk. contact the seller immediately.

sad to say boss, wala nani ma-cover sa warranty kay 3 days ra ghatag sa seller, then nabalik ko sa cebu five days after na from out of town.....

bisan pag niana ang seller nga 3day personal warranty pwede man guro na nimo siya mapangayuan ug advice kung naunsa na. mao nai good customer-seller relationship. nagkastorya mo about ani?

Check power cables. Gi try ba nimo na padagan og lahi nga PSU?

try to remove the procesor daw ang try to power up ang mobo f dli jud mo on then big possibility goba na jud ang u mobo ts sometimes possible cause ang proce short nka try na daan q ana hehehehe nalabay nq aq board nya proce d i guba ahak au just try lng.........
