And Luffy without Gears wins against any form of Naruto save KN 4 and up. Luffy is already sound speed without Gears, proved when he was able to hit Soru Blueno. Gears Luffy would rip through Naruto's clones effortlessly with Jet Gattling.

you should read the manga. naruto's a tad wiser than u think who needs 200 when u can do it with just 3 with the right allocation of chakra
