if you could show statistics of the these accidents of BOTH wearing and not wearing helmets, it would be great...

things that sets him apart from 99% of the riders...
- he can afford helmets...and possibly paid by taxpayers...
- he needs to maintain a good rep while the 99% of the riders needs to maintain the monthly installments of the motorbikes/rent/utilities/loansharks/f**king taxes
- a good-ass helmet's price is good for 1-month installment of our motorcycles...
- ug uban pa


we all know the reason why he's there...political visibility... a lot of politicians/actors are present in sinulog but are keeping a low-profile...

I dont really understand why you have to complicate the point. Helmets are useful. Thats all.

I dont give a sh*t about the facts on implementing it, nor the people behind it, nor the numbers of death because of not wearing a helmet, whether a politician has negative agenda for it or not. Trust me ive been insecure and doubtful about alot of things i came across. but wa tay padlungan ana. samot ta ka luslus ana. Its better to appreciate the goodness of something than focus on the bad side of it.

So yeah, im thankful nga i implement ang full face helmet and that DTI and LTO had to resolve the issue about the fees. That's it.
And I also thank sir jakosalem for making a stand on the matter. I dont care either whether he has hidden agenda or not. what the heck! theres something good about that too.
