    Default Wage between Contractual and Regular


    Hello fellow istoryans.

    ask unta ko about ani na matter ba.
    naa ba sa labor code na kung ma regular ka after contractual kai naa kai increase of salary?

    third job ni nako and.. like sa akong 2nd job. pag regular nako. same ghapon ang salary. according to my father. sa timex daw (didto xa nagwork but retire na). ma increasing man jud daw bsag gamay kung mga regular. tinood ba ni?

    sa akong case maam / sir.
    after six months na regular dayon ko niya gi-increase dayon akong sweldo by 10 pesos sa minimum... sa lexmark ko work sa-una.
    pero sa akong nabasahan if ala ko kalimot sa-una labor code namo pag college correct me if im wrong lang..
    dili required i-increase imong salary if maregular ka kundi mandated jud sa code na maka-avail na ka sa mga benefits sa regular employee like leaves and allowances (if naa)
    kay ang pag-increase sa sweldo is based man jud na sa performance. naa ra jud na sa company if dapat ba ka increase-an or not bisan ug regular na ka

    pero im not sure correct me lang if im wrong...

    contractuals usually have higher monetary compensation compared with regulars, assuming same skill level and same job description. why? kay ang contractual does not have a regular employee's benefits and job security, so if the company has some financial troubles, they are usually the first to go. but of course, depende gyud ni sa imo company because each are offering different policies for contactuals. i would think there is nothing in the labor code that would require a company to increase your base salary if ma-regular na ka, pero the regular employee total package value usually outweighs that of the contractual's.

    just my 2 cents.

    ang sweldo sa employee from contractual-regularization is discretion man na sa company wala labot ang labor ana.. correct my if i am wrong..

    depende sa company TS. pero mostly jd, if maregular nah 30% pataas man cguro ang increase, wla ko sure hah... based on my experience sa previous nko nah company increasan kog 30% pagregular nko.

    sa ako case kai same lang ghapon but with benefits lang such as sick leaves, etc. kai same rman ghapon nkabutang sa regularization agreement na akong na signan. 1 year lang cguro ko dinhi hahaha
