been working with cbs for almost a year now.. and so far i don't have any problems with this company.. )
you get paid equal to how hardworking you are.. if mag kugi ka, then malipay jud ka mag tan.aw sa imong payslip.. it's not hard to get 1 or 2 sales per day.. some agents can produce 5 or more sales in a day.. ang uban, maintain lng pud ug 2 sales per day mka abot njud ka sa commission ana.. it may be a little hard while on training pa ka, xempre the company wants to make sure nga if madawat ka, you really can put numbers on the board.. but if you got in, there's no pressure na jud.. ok ra nah kng in a day wala kai sale basta the next day bawi lng jud ka pra mka abot ka sa qouta.. given na ang script, naa na nah nmo kng unsaon nmo pag edit2x ug pag puno2x ug char2x to make it more convincing, and as long as di lng nmo i,mislead ang customer.. so far sa akong mga na trabaho.an nga cc,, dri pnaka less ang pressure but dri ra pud ko nka earn ug 2digits, in 15 days.. ))
