ICC sticker sa electrical tape,pwede ra??

sa likod ka sa palstic mg pa init bro... dili ang icc imo pa initon.. ng suway ko no sweat hehehe

banga lang jud d i ko boss.. ako na sulayan na imo giingun. wakekeke.. unsa ni katinoud nga seven ra ang digits sa para helmet? if mangita sila ug resibo sa icc sticker matay hasula na gud ana. wala baya na resibo sa icc inig palit nimo ug helmet na bnew. murag lame man kaayo na nga method for me.

nakasuway ko last week nagpalit ko og electrical outlet para extension wire so pareha ra gyud sa icc sticker.. what i did nag gamit ko og blow dryer gi set nko og low mga 3-4 minutes ang distance mga 6-8 inches kalayo sa sticker... pagkahuman humok na cya kuhaon ang icc sticker..makoncencya lang ko kay ako pagpalit sa outlet 30 pesos ra haha unya ang sticker apil na bhweee...

magpa register lang ko sa ako index titan 4 next week.. pero usa ra ako masulti wala gyuy kalainan sa duha ka sticker para helmet og sa electrical outlet..glossy/rainbow ...ang koncencya nalang sa huna2x..haha

pwedi ranang icc sticker oi sa mga electrical products. ayaw lang mo ka concnexya, wala mn gani na makoncenxya nang nag-una2x anang balaod sa helmet.,, para lang mahalin na ilang mga mahalon nga helmet..louuuuuy kaayo tong igo ra makabayad sa inutang nga motor kay wla nay pangpalit ug helmet....

Inig ka aug 1 dle sa ko magmotor akoa helmet wala man ni ICC pero naa sa listahan sa DTI,tan-aw nku murag bibo kau ni inig ka august 1 pohon unsaun pagkahibawo sa enforcer na gikan E-tape ang ICC wala man sila cguro tool para mahibaw-an,lalis jud ni ba,how about kana taga lagyo ug dapit pareha taga north ug south.muanhi lang para maka-comply,walay question 101.25 pesos mau unta magbutang ug satellite office ang DTI para paspas ang release..

Ang pasabot sa taga DTI if naa sa listahan ang imo helmet mao na ang ma approve para mabutangan sa sticker. Kinahanglan gihapon ka mo adto sa DTI if naa sa listahan ang imo helmet para ma rehestro imo helmet. Dili man sila strict pag-check sa helmet if naa sa listahan ang imo helmet approve dayon bisan wala na visor. If wala pud brand ang imo helmet bisan brandnew pana dili nila approveban.

Ayaw lang gyud mo kompyansa mga bro kung ang imong sticker kinuha sa electrical tape or kung asa pa na, kay sure gyud ko naa na sila paagi para ma identify nila kung gikan gyud na sa DTI na para sa helmet ang imo sticker.

SEC. 7. Penalties.
- (a) Any person caught not wearing
the standard protective motorcycle helmet in violation of this Act
shall be punished with a fine of One thousand five hundred pesos
(Phpl,500.00) for the first offense; Three thousand pesos
(Php3,000.00) for the second offense; Five thousand pesos
(Php5,000.00) for the third offense; and Ten thousand pesos
(php 10,000.00) plus confiscation of the driver's license for the
fourth and succeeding offenses.
- (b) Any seller andior dealer who violates Section 5 of this
Act shall be punished with a fine of not less than Ten thousand
~ pesos (PhplO,OOO.OO) but not more than Twenty thousand pesos
(Php20,000.00).
- (c) Any person who uses, sells and distributes substandard
motorcycle helmets or those which do not bear the PS mark or
the ICC certificate shall be punished with a fine of not less than
Three thousand pesos (Php3,000.00) for the first offense; and Five
thousand pesos (Php5,000.OO) for the second offense, without
prejudice to other penalties imposed in Republic Act No. 7394 or
the "Consumer Act of the Philippines".
- (d) Tampering, alteration, forgery and imitation of the
PS mark and the ICC certificates in the helmets shall be punished
with a fine of not less than Ten thousand pesos (PhplO,OOO.OO)
but not more than Twenty thousand pesos (Php20,OOO.OO), without
prejudice to other penalties imposed in Republic Act No. 7394 or
the "Consumer Act of the Philippines".

SEC 21.5

LINE A

" Any individual who stick electrical tape or any devices' ICC sticker shall be exempted from any punishments and/or violations."

IF CLAUSE: LINE A mentioned above is applicable only if the arresting officer is bald, dumb, dirty and do not know how to distinguish ICC stickers from different devices and or products.
