guys, suggestion....

mlhuiller/cebuana/palawan/western union/kwarta padala transactions, i suggest the below:

- if seller seems suspicious, PM them
- let them know that you are willing to buy and you let them know you will put a password on the transaction
- let them check the money in the mlhuiller/cebuana/palawan/western union/kwarta padala BUT keep the password to yourself first
- let them ship the item first and wait for it until it arrives before you give them the password
- let them know "if you're a legit seller, you'll agree to it"

downsides ani:
- a huge percentage, dili mo-agree ani
- kana if naa'y feedback system ang bidding site like ebay/sulit/tipidcp
- a seller will trust this if YOU have a good feedback yourself

ako gipa-check niya ang money, he said confirmed...then asked for the password, pero i decided to keep it thinking this is a new seller and that the air21 tracking number will not show up until at least 12-24 hours the item is sent...
item arrived, LCD is broken....AWA!!!
told the seller about it and denied
i returned the item and gave that motherf**ker a negative feedback...

never trust a seller bsta online... ako kapila nko sge ug order online pero before i transact ako gyud tanawon ang credibility sa seller. kung FB ako check ang mga previous buyer kung naay mga positive messages and ako tanawon ng dates ug unsa ka dghanon.. so timeline ang background check nko...

kung other forums, sa pinoyphotography and tipidpc rako kay naay mga positive and feedback ilang system... so ana gyud ko dili ko mo dirtso ug palit without background check.

this is also 50-50 bro, naa koy kaila mga 4mos ago i think nailad from tipidpc. ang seller nsugot ug partial payments nya ship ang item then bayad ang remaining.

so mao ni ang nahitabo, send the money sa m lhuiller the downpayment. then ship ang item after nakuha ang money then hatag ang tracking no sa item para naay copy akong amigo.

after a day g track sa akong amigo ang control no. dili ma track... and mao ni ang kabati not all tracking no ma online track nmo sa lbc online... either u call it or wait... after that iya na g contacct ang seller and boom dili na ma kontak


importante background check gyud... ang positive and negative feedback... kung 5-10 positive feedback gani kay mka duda pana sya... ako gyud i check ang kadugayon nya sa business labina sa outside cebu nga seller
