Chapter XXIV

My hand was so heavy that I couldn't bare holding the phone. And suddenly, my girl's hand stretch over to get the phone.

Her eyes were suddenly teary, and her voice was trembling. "Pang buntis ko.." sa said over the phone to Papang.

And suddenly the world stopped revolving, I thought I was a superhero that can hear whisper distant miles apart.

"Kanindot gud, happy na si Papang, naa na ko apo, pila anman ka bulan?" these were the words I heard clearly about a meter away from my girl.

She smiled even with teary eyes. (tears of joy it is)

It happened, the very less I expected it to be. Just like life, "Like a box of chocolate, you always know you'll get a chocolate.."

Then the wedding plans shuffled and rescheduled..
