    yes its good news, i hope it will translate to investments. kapila na tawon na upgrade ang mga ratings wa gihapon ni accelerate ang FDI inflow. Foreign companies are still force to circumvent our laws and provision to protect their investment and interest.

    i was scanning thru the threads from 7 yrs back and i found out some who says

    "lets move on"
    "we'll work hard on it and not depend everything on the govt"
    "pobre cla coz they chose to"
    "i see the glass half full"
    "Lets start posting good news" (but krn maoy una mbatikos kng naay nindot nga balita about sa atong nasud)
    "whoever the president is for sure you will still complain"(the one who said this is the one who is complaining now)

    and after 7 yrs made 180deg turn. is our optimism conditional?
    Good thing i have been always on the side of good news although this is not my handle 7 years back
