For me lang it depends raman sa imo coz before you sign a contract tagaan man ka ug job offer and if you think na dili worth it ang offer then don't accept it. kaw raman makablo kung unsa para nimo ang sakto na pra imo dba. I'm not here to defend the company coz it's not my job but as of now most of my colleagues are satisfied with our work and our clients coz how the client treats you defends on the quality of your work / output since we are client based not a company based (Staffing ) and our pay and if you're no longer satisfied you are always free to go and find a new job. No company is perfect you see? chill lang that's life and that's business
