requirements:
- original copy of barangay clearance (purpose of postal ID)
- photocopy of barangay captain's valid ID (DILG ID is preferred)
- photocopy of Cedula (within recent year)
- original copy of NSO or LCR (sa Central Post office, near Malacaņang sa Sugbo, kay wala sila atong service na pwede ra photocopy pero bayad ka 30php para ma certified true copy, so wala kay choice but to give your original birth cert.)
- photocopy of marriage contract (for married females)
payment:
- 500php for ID card + 50php for 2pcs. picture = 550php (please note na 500php ra ila ibutang sa recibo, also this price is for RUSH processing, I tried asking if pwede ba dili RUSH but much to my dismay RUSH services ra ila gi offer, so again wala kay choice but to avail of the RUSH processing)
steps:
- secure og 2 forms sa in charge sa window 26, 27 or 28
- complete the form (including katong naay entry for Cedula)
- don't forget the thumbmarks (left and right)
- don't forget the back page of the forms, you will have to sketch your location (mao ni verify sa POSTMAN nimo)
- proceed to second floor
- look for the POSTMAN na assigned sa inyong barangay or area and make sure he signs your forms
- proceed to ground floor then bayad ka 550php
- kuhaa imo recibo den proceed to picture booth which is across sa window kung asa ka ni bayad
- sulti-an ra ka na balik after 3-4 working days (saturdays and sundays not included)
reminders:
- pagdala lang mo og sakto na money, kay maparehas nya mo nako, ako pay nagtuyok2x og pasensiyo
- ayaw tawn kalimti imong mga signature, mao kasagaran makalimtan sa akong mga kadungan ganiha
- make sure na naay seal imong barangay clearance, if wala, aw balik jud ka sa barangay
- make sure naay recibo imong original NSO or LCR
