mao pud ako blema...dghan jud ko deep acne scars and I really want them to vanish...gusto njud ko mag pa treat now that i already have a job but don't knw where to start...effective daw ang dermarollers ingon ako officemate and I can really see the difference sa iya face...pero mahadlok pako mo try ky naa pman gud mga acne mo gawas sko face usahay...i need them treated first before ko mag treat sa scars...pls advice the best acne treatment u know...also,where kaha ta ka buy ug dermarollers sa cebu?

to inform u lang guys i tried many antibiotic and anti allergy products which were indorsed by doctors to me and yes they are effective, in 2 to 3 days wala gyud pero the problem is after some months mo balik napd na imo acne (base sa ako) ambot nganu and sd to say mo apply nsd ka og lain na antibiotic cause i think kana imo g apply last time kay dli na daw mo effect nmu due to your body is immune na ana nga antibiotic so imo remedy is to try another antibiotic with different formulation pero naay uban mo work lng ghapon ang karaan pero for me g advisan ko na lain nasd daw ang tumaron.. and base from my other doctor which is more on natural treatment iyaha, too much antibiotic in the body will destroy ur liver kay isog daw na ang formulation ana.. mao na karon dli na gyd ko mag padala anang mga isog nga mga antibiotic, now my doctor advice me to eat healthy food, like regular vitamin c, detox daily, healthy diet og katong enema, dugay makita ang result pero long term pud..

my acne is already gone but the scars still remain..medyo lawom sad

pero dugay na nawala ang acne...
just drink plenty of water and eat lots of fruits and vegetables
avoid lang ug oily food and fats..
inom pud ug vitamin E enriched food supplement like salmon oil..dako jud tabang ang mga food supplements.
