Apply for citibank / hsbc credit card

i am interested in HSBC or citibank :
i hve the following questions:
1. is an OFW like me are capable to apply for credit card?
2. A landbased worker(technical manager), and A Seaman worker.
is either of the two are capable to apply for a credit card here in philippines?

hi...got Qs...ganahn ko apply Citibank. im currently an HSBC card holder...bag o lang ko resign kay i took up some classes...so wala koy proof of income requirements...am i still capable to apply?

i hope you are capable to apply, but the requirements they need a proof of income there is a form there tht you need to fill-up.
