Chiz is such a Captain Obvious. Territorial claims are rarely settled in mere decades, what more kung a few terms. Chiz probably is a good lawyer, but he does not know anything about diplomacy. The moves the administration will make today will strengthen the case for the succeeding terms. Never let time determine the outcome when you have the will.
