this "might" be true but there must be a solid and documented proof... i've travelled twice if i remember it correctly nga off-peak and week days, gamay ra kaayo mi pasahero (A320) wah kaabot 1/4 siguro ang na occupy... it was not delayed nor cancelled... it even took off much earlier kay human dayun ang boarding...

It's amusing to read all the comments on CEB's Facebook page. Most complaints revolve around CEB apparently misleading consumers into thinking na piso jud ang fare. Come on, if you want to complain about something, complain about the quality of service CEB offers, not something that just takes common sense to understand.

WOW, cebu city council pa ang mo investigate..wahahaha DOTC man dapat ang mo check ani with the help of the congress & perhaps petitions from the Mayors sa Region nalng sad if gusto mo. but for CITY council to investigate? wahaha mas daghan problema ang CITY kay sa ani.

i agree on the concept of advertising the exact fare, however there are destination with taxes that varies. the amount that will be reflected on each destination would not be the same and the more you have characters in your advert, the more it will become complicated and not attractive to the traveling public. just imagine how many flights does a carrier have and the space that it will occupy in print media or radio advert, it would take an hour. most likely, the cost of the advert will not be shouldered by the airline but on the promo tickets it will be selling. obviously, they cant bring down the fare any lower because of this idea.

advertising is supposed to attract consumers and not to mislead them. no company like CEB would risk integrity over a 3 day promo. the campaign does not say that you are required to buy this baggage, avail a seat or purchase online merchandise. in fact the consumers are empowered to avail only the flight that they want and ancillary products that they might need.

when it comes to service, it should always be the breaking point since there are now more than one low cost airline operating in the country. there will always be room for customer service and i believe CEB has a department for that. yes, there are incidents that an organization missed the opportunity to respond to our concerns and sometimes it gets to the point that we become so inconvenienced because we want answers. as long as we have the proof and our claims have merit, then let us not cease from making them aware that customer recovery and retention has not failed to deliver success to the company.
