Sharing my experience:
- No follow through with QA issues raised to them
- doesn't show concern to their workers - no provided water for bathing, drinking
- reimbursement for tiles takes too long ( more than 5 months ). We decided to buy our own tiles ,but when we asked for the money supposedly allocated for our tiles, they won't answer, will give you to many contacts to discuss with, no follow-through, and caused me and my wife unneccessary stress with following up
- land title not given after 6 months of moving in
- Kaiser office personnel don't give a damn on what you're upset about. They either don't respond to your mobile phone calls, text, or will keep you waiting when you call their hotline.
- Kaiser personnel can't make a decision on minor things. They will have to defer to Kaiser ( who is nowhere to be found, won't answer calls, texts )
- Quality of work, not as advertised. Daghan kaayong mga pinadagan nga trabaho ( garage, nangatanggal na pintal in just 6 months, mag-tulo ang kisame, cracks on the walls, etc )
In Summary:
- I will not do business with this real estate company in the future, and I will advise my friends against doing business with this company
