the solution is simply. Stop the production of Nurses in this country. Saun man gud daghan production sa nurse diri sa Phil pero dili in demand diri sa atong kaugalingon nasud, sa gawas ra demand. Pagstop ug hiring sa gawas ug mga nurses ahw, kung sa negosyo pani "nalisan atong mga nurse diri".

Train them to specialize in specific requirements per country for the Filipino nursing manpower pool to be "marketable" not only in English speaking countries.

I can see a paradigm shift with Korea. Once a lot of Koreans will learn how to speak English, they would be more comfortable hiring English-speaking Filipino nurses for their country. I hope Japan will follow suit. What about Singapore? Malaysia?

I heard Australia and Canada's nursing boards are quite challenging to pass compared to NCLEX.

agree. oversupply of unemployed nurses ang problem sa pinas. hospitals are clearly lacking nurses particularly government hospitals. layo ra kaayo sa ideal nga nurse-patient ratio ang gi-practice nila. but the problem is, walay budget ang government para mag.hire ug additional nurses. mao na bugbog sarado ang currently employed nurses nila ron. tungod sa heavy workload, ma stress nalang intawn sila. and kay stressed man, tendency kay di na kaayo sila productive nuon.. often resulting to poor service.

Best short term solution is let them perform jobs at government hospitals - No Pay in exchange for the experience they can use to seek jobs abroad.

Government should increase budget for Healthcare. They should hire more nurses to be deployed sa hospitals and most esp. sa mga rural areas.
Did you guys know that in provinces, in their municipalties there are only 1 doctor and 1 nurse? The rest working in the barangays are midwives.

Also, kana mga association sa mga nurses, dili dapat mag reklamo sa mga nurses na gipa volunteer. Government hospitals and other hospitals should allow nurses to volunteer for FREE, given the chance, the likelihood for going abroad is high once you have those enough experience needed to qualify.
