To make arguments short here, three very simple rules to follow:




1) Make sure we are not firing the first bullet. ( This is to avoid bloodshed, and keep peaceful negotiations at work)

3) Maintain our claim, and standground for our soveriegnity. ( I really do not agree letting a Communist Nation run these commercial waters, this is to avoid the Vietnam incident decades ago, and any other suspicious "accidental " maritime clashes)
