for those new drivers, the restrictions:
1. Motorcycles/motorized tricycles
2. vehicle up to 4500 kgs GVW
3. vehicle above 4500 kgs GVW
4. automatic clutch up to 4500 kgs GVW
5. automatic clutch above 4500 kgs GVW
6. articulated vehicle 1600 kgs GVW and below
7. articulated vehicle 1601 up to 4500 kgs GVW
6. articulated vehicle 4501 kgs and above GVW

why change to professional bro? Mas lenient ra ba ang mga CITOM sa mga NON-PROF..

like one time nga nadakpan ko kay ALL TRAFFIC to RIGHT, nya padung ko og nag hinay2x liko sa LEFT, gi-duol ko sa CITOM, ning ana siya, "Aton tan.awon kung Professional imuha". Og non-prof man ko, gi-warningan ra ko og gi-lista akong ngalan sa usa ka papel, wa pud nangayu og kwarta ang CITOM..
