COMMEMORATIVE PLATES are also for the privileged or for those who want to feel special. May be given by a friend or may be bought at around 5t or less. However, it has an expiry date. Commemorative plates is required to be placed beside the Original plate issued by the LTO in which all cases, walay gabuhat.

If ganahan mo magspecial plate kay initial na sa imong misis or sa imo ba, go get one. If ganahan mo magpahibaw na nakay kaila sa NBI or PNP or ikaw mismo ga trabaho diha, go get one. = No problem, walay angay ika libog.
