You might cant find the growth you are looking for in JP. It doesnt mean you work for 2yrs in a company, growth will be there soon or the next day. It's a long process and IMHO, opportunity doesnt always shine for everyone.

haha. mao lagi for experience jud kay wala pajud ko kasuway ug Customer service na CC. 2 years tech support ra ako experience. Then na jobless pajud ko for 1 year kapin so kulba kaayu moapply. hehe. Taga JP ka bro?
