Naa lang koy nakit-an sa ilang 80+ Gold series nga dili stable, pero wala ko kahibaw kung unsa ka dako iyang effect sa system basta dili stable situation... Hinuon pag 100% load ra cya dili stable...

Oh, angels and ministers of grace, defend us. I was happy with this unit up until now, but these scope shots are more like sketches of pain. 12V ripple is barely in spec, hitting 102mV at worst, but that's only the good news. The bad news is, the 5V has gone firmly out of spec on test CL2. You know, the heavy 12V test, which is a load pattern you could actually see in normal use on a modern PC. If it had behaved like this on test CL1, which uses loads you'd never get in a modern rig that would be one thing, but this... this is the recipe for a mad world in your computer. The 5V rail powers the logic on your hard drives... you don't want that rail getting all ripple-tastic like this. You could end up frying a hard drive and losing your whole collection of po...... lice musical ride pictures. What're you looking at me like that for? I meant to say police... yeah, that's it.
And what really grinds my gears is that the 12V is still showing a fair bit of ripple on tests one and CL1 with barely any load at all. This is awful performance in comparison with the rest of the test results.

ripple:Also overall efficiency was good, it was especially impressive with loads below 100W. What troubled me the most was that above 43°C ambient, the PSU couldn't handle even 450W of load and kept shutting down. The manufacturer clearly states that the maximum operational ambient is 40°C, however the ATX specification recommends 50°C.
Not generalizing silverstone though, only those made by fsp..
