Does anyone have any idea whats this problem im encountering with my d800?

I shoot raw all the time, i have. 32gb extreme pro compact flash card, now heres my problem... The photos look alive and sharp if tou look at it from the camera screen but once i transfer it to my lightroom library, while its still loading the photo looks so lively and sharp but once the loading is finished then i've noticed that all of a sudden the photo looks dulls and dead? Its like something has extracted the colours? Is It my camera or lightroom? I must have messed up some settings in my camera but cant figure out which exactly it is. .
