what is more important the lyrics or the melody?

well... lyrics akoa... para nako mas importante ang lyrics kay maka relate ka sa story nga gpasabot sa singer...

though.. sa melody.. you don't need to interpret what the singer is telling lang, it just more on the sound that your trying to discern and absorb....

Initially I'd go for the melody... what really pleases my ear.
if I find it good then I listen to the lyrics if it's a-ok then I'm down
with it otherwise, I won't be listening to it again..

There are times I don't like the melody yet it has a good message
but I don't play it again hehehe... it's just so sad that at this day
and age, we get to listen such rare finds that has both good lyrics
and melody meshed into one beyeeutiful music
