mas maayo maka kat on tanan, mixing naa pud ko gamay nga knowledge co'z i run the sound system sa church namo, i want to experience actual setting jud sa recording studio, aron di pud ta ma ignoy brod ba... ha.ha.ha.

bro im on my study pud in home recording... i'm running vegas, cool edit for audio recording, and fruity loops for midi production and ableton live for my bands live performances...

im still trying to get to learn more on these apps. i've experience in professional sound system set up.

it's good to see somebody else here in istorya is seriously thinking about music production.

my advice is don't depend too much on garageband. u'll never see that application in any pro studio's. its a decent program for drafts for ur music but professionally it's a no no. if ur running on a mac try getting pro tools... best software for recoring, well renowned. pero dri cebu kasagaran jud kay sony vegas (gamit sa soundtraxx and zzubu) nna pud mugamit sonar(backyard). well that's just me, and another thing is RESEARCH... very important, try joining every forum on music possible. just my thoughts ha, wa ko nag demand..

lastly anybody out there in istorya wanna share knowledge about music production and recording hit me back...
mayta naa magbuhat ug thread about this topic arun makabaw ta sa mga afficionado's dri.

we could make things happen here if we just got together and do it, ya know....

im using CAKEWALK programs for mix master edit ... practice lang...limited ra man gud kaayo ang uban programs ^^

i think most of the programs out there is mostly the same. features lng ang kalahi, like plug ins and processors. but important pud ang equipment. right now im just using my laptop, my midi controller, and a condenser mic. stock gani ako sound card. huhu wa pako kwarta paet. i'll get the sound interface box next month puhon.

cjc: dpende raman jud sa program na kumportable ka..but mas mo prefer ko CAKEwalk kay tungud sa multi tracking..although lisod2x gamay iya interface once you get the hang of it dali raman...ang vegas man gud if balahan na ug mga grabe na hardware murag same ra gyapun iya interface di kaayo mausab..

i suggest you get a behringer VAMP after you get your box ^^

@ donato_borces.. naa jud ko curriculum bro, bali gkan jud sa gawas, so nag study pud ko sa theory sa sound itself, naa jud ko manual, some cd's they send me all the materials, and after ana naa exam, 5 exams lang, then if makapasar, naa ko deploma, gikan pud sa gawas, AUDIO INSTITUTE OF AMERICA, ang name sa school, opportunity lang pud nka study ani nga area, im more on sa live application..

@chow_cjc.... mao pod lagi bro, mas maayo man gud nga manindot atong production diri sa cebu itself, kanang naa pud ta ika buga ba, labi na nga daghan na pud ang banda, mas nindot pud nga naa pud topic nga mkat onan pud nato more, specially if newbies paka ana nga area, as of this time bro la pa jud lagi ko software nga gi gamit, more on theory pa man gud ko karon..

@ dubcity.... practise lang jud ang ato ani mga bro, sa ako karon ani? wala pa jud, mao nga ganahan ko mka experience, and im more on researce pa sa pagka karon.. saon....

bug ni apply jud ka sa AIA? naa man pd ko enrollment form but mahal kau $400 ang whole course d ba? bai kung ok ra nimo kung naa na ang materials pabasaha ko beh, i cant afford to enroll man gud. if its alright with you though.
