i don't think this is confirmed, but a possibility since Melindo is ranked #1 by the WBO in the flyweight division. I think Melindo's next opponent is a Thai, and will be held in Thailand. ALA Promotions is having a hard time staging the fight here in the Philippines since the Lady Thai Promoter (forgot her name) have big connections in her homeland (TV Networks, sponsors, etc...)

Hope he wins convincingly or by KO, it's hard to get a win in Thailand when it comes to score cards.

They want to make boom boom big during their Lopez fight, in w/c para nako, di pa jud ready si boom boom. And besides, ang gipang-paaway ana nila boss, mga Africans and mexicans nga lugaw ra gani tingali gipangkaon ana sa ilang mga nasud.

Majority of ALA's fighters, wala pa jud kaaway ug mga high caliber fighters. Si boom, nakaaway man tuud, pero usa ra ka round taman...


As to Melindo-Villoria prospect, I don't see anything wrong with it. Mexicans fight mexicans, americans fight their fellow americans. This is a sport, nothing more nothing less. That would tell the world nga maayo na ang quality of boxers that we have. Just like the mexicans during the chavez, dela hoya, moralez, marquez era. They fight their own, because logically naa ilaha ang mga maayo sad...

Pero honestly lang pud, villoria isn't as good as let us say Donaire, Pacquiao. Kung maka-harang pud si villoria ug tarong-tarong nga kontra, I don't think the crown would last long on him...
