nka kaon mi dre last week... paksit oist... wala mi mu risk sa akong wife na mukaon sa ilang big bully kay 3 quarterpounder... so double quarter pounder among gipang order duha-a... then our guess was right nag lisod mi ug pag kit2x sa burger hahaahahah... plus katong quesso something2x then fries... mao ng ni ingun kog paksit... almost 800ph among na bayran more than what you pay for most of the eat all you can buffets... but regardless ang gibayran pud ana kay ang experience sad...

bitaw, lami-an ko sa burger and fries. awesome ice tea. so-so chocolate milkshake. burrito was kinda okay.

daghan kaayo tawo. took us 30 minutes for our order, but ok ra, considering nga daghan kaayo orders nag queue. timing kaayo nga tungod sa kitchen door among table, so makita jud ilang pag trabaho. amazing. hehehe! pwerti ka busog.

Dili man ang tulo diri ang issue . if it is the tulo then complain about the tulo to get their attention aron ma fix sa maintenance .

Dili pod ang customer service diri ang issue because if its customer service then , both parties are happy but what happened is only 1 party or none at all ang satisfied .

The real issue here and to let you guys know , the only time ilisan ang food ninyo is when ang incident occured within the kitchen . For example , naay buhok , naay ok-ok , hilaw etc ang food ninyo but kay natuluan man ang food ninyo ug tubig , it should be dealt accordingly also that why man siya ni tulo kung nag start namo ug kaon ? Maybe it was raining na diay kay wala man nabantayan while ga huwat mo sa food ?

Anyways , any kind establishment that happens ang mga incidents like this dont normally replace your food . They can accomodate you with a complimentary deal which is lucky na gani mo mo offer sila ug discount s anext order or free fries mo . Mind you guys naka-an na baya na ang food and hapit na mahurot . What difference does it make if ever man gani reasoning ninyo is what if nabuhian ninyo ang food for take out na because napandol mo , na takilpo mo etc ? It does not make any difference because it happened inside the premises right ?

Dont abuse the notion of the CUSTOMERS are ALWAYS RIGHT . I have been in the FOOD and BEVERAGE INDUSTRY for the last 15 years or so and it doesnt work that way . I am even speaking in behalf sa industry sa US since someone mentioned here about food ilisna dayon kung sa US pa to nahitabo . No they wont for the record .

Now back to the topic ....

I have tried the BEEF / CHICKEN BURRITO , BURGER and FRIES . Its ok , not authentic though in terms of flavor . You dont put lettuce inside your burrito and you use mexican rice if its carne asada or basically BEEF BURRITO . There is no such thing as CHICKEN BURRITO , only in the Philippines lang gyud na . They dont have ROOTBEERS / FLOATS eithr or HORCHATA to compliment their food . Kinda pricey for the location and size of place .

Apil2x lng ko ha. =) I disagree that the only time ilisan ang food is due to the mentioned above. Pwede mn ilisan ang food in the "tulo" case. Or they give it as an option, if dli ang customer, say okay ra dli ilisan, then they cud offer voucher/gc for next use. Take the case I had with Starbucks SM Cebu, I ordered a Grilled Cheese Sandwhich. Pag.abot sa akong sandwhich, naa diay chicken ila grilled cheese but wala gi-butang sa display counter nga with Chicken. Im a Pescetarian, so dli nako pwede makaon. When I told the barista my concern, they offered to have it replaced but I said nga ayaw nalng. Coz i can take the chicken off and nagdali ko. I only wanted to let them know of my concern. The manager who was right beside offered a GC right there and then, without any buts or ifs. I still got my sandwhich plus a GC, and a very good impression of their store.

Point is, not because mao ang reality, we'll let it be. Dapat utmost customer service. But mao ni usual problem sa is aka bag-o nga branch gyud. So in this case, i will always give it a second chance.

I havent been to the place but will go there by Sunday. I hope service is better. Goodluck nalng.
