Try to check CMOS Settings ..from thr kabaw na ka kung na detect ba imu SATA na HDD

Maybe it is not viewed under windows coz it is not yet partitioned.

Try this:
Go to disk management and right click to the drive letter and select "new partition".
(If the drive has been partitioned already, delete the partition and create a new partition.
I believe that is the problem of your drive. If you are not on raid, make sure to disable the raid option on the bios on the sata slot
where this hardrive connected. Coz if it is raid enabled, it may not be seen at the windows unless you have installed the sata driver
and use the raid utility software. Also, if raid is enabled, you have to add the drive also to the raid bios so it is viewable to windows as well. Raid bios is independent from the primary BIOS, it has a different key to enter this bios.

I forgot to mention... Enabled raid SATA slot @ primary BIOS will cause the hardrive unviewable @ primary Bios as well. It can be only viewed @ Raid bios @startup. Try to check the manual of your mobo, what key to press to enter your Raid Bios. If you are not planning raid your SATA drives, better disabled Raid options @primary Bios.
