I doubt that the scientist would have said that he was dead w/o making sure that he was... Also Sylar was pale white when the scientist told his chief that he was dead. Same pale white as Claire's when she died.

well actually we really don't know unsa pay powers ni sylar. we know that he killed some parent sa early episode katong nakit-an atong mind reader ang anak under stairs..nag tago. for sure kato nga family naa sad powers..probably didto niya na kuha ang powers nga mo regenerate. wala pata kibaw sa mga uban victims ni sylar.
