i had the same experience bai. call center 2 na di ilado.. wa rako magdugay did2 kay sayang akong hago ug inkaso ma-ty ra ta. if wa pa ka courage mohawa, suway lang sa apply sa uban nya ayaw lang sa na i-apil sa imo work experience, if naay modawat aw mas maau, at least ba while waiting na mahusay na nga issue

i dont know if this is the right section for this!!

I graduated college last October 2011 and after that I was a hired on as a software engineer.
the company started on december 2010. and as far as i know they dont have business permit yet until now...

i've been working there for 7 months.. bag-0 pa lng ko na regular..
the problem is until now wla pa ko TIN or any benefits.. like SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig etc..

ang nkasuwat gud on the contract I signed is that the benefits will be handle solely by the employee..

Questions:
1.) nagplanu ko na muresign but the problem is i am afraid na dli ma credit ang experience provided na dli registered ang business..
2.) as long as nka opisina cla dri sa Pilipinas obligado imo employer mo withhold & remit SSS, Philhealth, PAGIBIG contributions, (besides regular employee bitaw ka. dapat naa ka ani kay legally required man ni)

3.) nagplanu sad ko na e report ni sa DOLE pwo basin ma apektuhan ko..

2.) obligado ba na ang company ang mu process sa mga benefits sa employee?? if yes naa bna xah sa balaod (unza na balaod)?
3.) pwede nimo e report sa DOLE. naa ka e fill out na complaint form of some sort. ingon ani na issue dli necessarily needed ang lawyer though consulting with one would help. if ni file ka complaint ang DOLE mo send ug notice and/or mobisita sa inyo company/employer.

I hope ma ok na imo contributions. sayang pud ang seven months.

ma credit gihapon na TS, some companies do their background checking by calling your past employer/s and not necessarily needs your COE

2.) obligado ba na ang company ang mu process sa mga benefits sa employee?? if yes naa bna xah sa balaod (unza na balaod)?

it's mandated by the gov't (SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth)...

maapektuhan ka in the sense nga ma drag ka sa long process sa justice system kung willing gyud ka ipadayon imong kaso..swerte ka kung 5 years naa nay decision
