the problem is until now wla pa ko TIN or any benefits.. like SSS, Philhealth, Pagibig etc..
ang nkasuwat gud on the contract I signed is that the benefits will be handle solely by the employee..
Questions:
1.) nagplanu ko na muresign but the problem is i am afraid na dli ma credit ang experience provided na dli registered ang business..
2.) as long as nka opisina cla dri sa Pilipinas obligado imo employer mo withhold & remit SSS, Philhealth, PAGIBIG contributions, (besides regular employee bitaw ka. dapat naa ka ani kay legally required man ni)
3.) nagplanu sad ko na e report ni sa DOLE pwo basin ma apektuhan ko..
