what I hate lang kay di ko kasabot ngano di ko kabutang ug bookmarks

you can add bookmarks by:
1. hilight the text, heading text, or topic you want to add to the bookmark
2. press Ctrl+B or
3. right-click on the hilighted text and select add bookmark from the list

again, use Adobe Acrobat Standard or Pro..

Yup. Basta password protected by author, dili gyud mahilabtan ang original pdf (even extracting pages depending on the security measures put in place).

another solution. i did this before. i don't have a adobe acrobat so i downloaded and installed pdf995. then i print the pages i wanted using pdf995 as my printer.

errr, try editing it with adobe photoshop... i think it can do that...
