i find it hard to believe kay walay official statement or announcement ang MOM about quota for EP. if istorya lang sa HR naa pud ko naka istorya wala man daw. binuang na. i don't think hilig ang MOM ug istorya2x.

The reason nga tinoud ni kai mao ni akong na experience. (maybe case to case basis depende sa industry)

Atong Marso naa koi g dawat nga job offer sa usa ka european company about 200 employees. I was hand picked by the investor to join the team so ako ng gi send akong papeles sa ilang HR. Pag process sa EP gi informed sila nga dili na pwidi kai "QUOTA" na.

Same thing nahitabo atong April.. usa ka airline industry dre sa SG akong gi dawat ilang offer. send papeles.. same result.. gi informed sila nga dili na pwidi kai "QUOTA" na even sa EP.

They can bend the rules.

Ang HR sa both companies ang nag sulti nako kai ni adto man ko sa ilang office. Even the boss was disappointed to know the reason.
