    There are really foreign companies that exploit Filipinos because dugay mo reklamo ang mga Filipinos. Sa akong na observe sa akong company karon is ila pa dugay dugayon ang mga raise, mga improvements sa sweldo etc... Maskin imo na gi comply ilang mga requirements, they give out alibis like wala pa ni submit ang uban. ila pa i dungan etc... With the 2 years nga ni serve ka sa company there should have been some improvement sa pay. Coz mu saka man na after 6 months or when ang regularization nimo sa company.

    Read a little about Ramit Sethi's carreer advice. He shares how to re-negotiate your salary or finding your next dream job. I find his blogs really helpful although you don't need to follow them all but they are good challenge for you. Try to negotiate your salary first and if nothing happens, I think looking for a company that is willing to negotiate would be a better option.

    I don't think I'm allowed to post a link yet but google for "Ramit Sethi dream job" and subscribe to his newsletter. He might help to give you an idea.
