The 5,000 bonus is gonna be broke down into weeks. So bale sa 4 weeks, 1250 ang per week nato. If absent ka 1 time sa first week. Dili na ihatag ang imong 1250. Pero if full imo nga attendance the next week, madawat nimo ang 1250. Same applies to the following weeks. Weekly and iyang attendance checking. Ang money mismo, dili na sya ihatag per week kundi every sweldo ra sad.

Unused leaves will also be converted to cash.

So I just got done with my final interview tonight with the boss from Missouri and I think I blew it.

Fudge! That was not my best at all. Gone was the smooth way I answer questions. I kept stuttering and pausing and saying stupid, irrelevant stuff. It doesn't help that I kept wincing while I was answering the questions 'cause of my GERD/Heartburn acting up. So, yeah. I have a huge feeling that I was able to mess it up big time.... or I think I did. Well, people say we are our own worst critics.

Btw, the data entry position was full that's why they endorsed me to CSR.

Cheer up cherisama. The guy who interviewed you and I are close. He said you're really talented and things are really looking up for you. You should have no problem looking for work on other centers. CS slots are already filled. Data entry is full as well. BTW, He also mentioned that the manager has a surprise for you later.

Well, as much as I would love to apply in other call centers, they don't want me 'cause I wasn't able to finish two years of college :/ Believe me, I've tried. Undergrads like me almost always get looked down upon. I already get turned down even when I'm still at the front desk.
