mu-complain ko sa immediate concerned party. if sa grocery sa clerk or sa floor manager, kung service like sa fastfood sa manager, if its an item adto ko sa cashier dayon to ask for an exchange or refund if pwede. kung dili madala DTI dayon. usually mu-ok raman sila without going to DTI kay hadlok na sila when u mention DTI hehehehe

Kitang mga Pinoy wa kaayu ta naanad anang mu reklamu dayun or manawg dayun sa compny if naa tay reklamu. Kasagaran natu mag yaw yaw ra ig abot sa balay. Mao wala kaayu na uso sa atung nasud kanang mga customer service di pariha sa US nga kada producto naa ka pwedi matawagan. I hope ma change natu na kay mas maayu nang maka padayag ta ngadtu sa company para ma improve ilang services or products.

Have you guys tried mu complain through online sites? I surfed yesterday iff naay alternative in case dili mi magka-time for DTI, there's a site called ComplaintsBoard.ph. Have you guys tried it?
