ESL is not for you if you want to improve your English skills. If your tongue is not quite "native" to the English language, you're going to have a hard time speaking normally. of course, mag level "down" pod baya ka sa student mo. alangan super american accent ka dira, nosebleed student mo.

If you want to improve your English Comm Skills, then go for CC.

Money wise, depende sa ESL company you are with.. same with CC. not all CC pay is big baya.
but if i were you, go with a job you love. irregardless of money or "pressure"

mas chill ra ang ESL compared sa call center na naay metrics but one thing na-notice nko sa mga ESL teachers ky ilang english mura pud english sa ilang students, putol2x! LOL
